PRODUCTION OF HiTec Film® POLYETHYL FILM
LDPE/HDPE blown film extrusion (Blown-type film)
PROCESS OF POLYETHYLENE FILM PRODUCTION BY THE BLOWING METHOD
Extrusion of polyethylene film is the key activity of our company. The polyethylene film is produced on extruders, specialized machines using the blowing method. Our many-year experience, modern machinery and the highest quality raw materials have allowed us to produce advanced polyethylene films for the most demanding customers.
We specialize in the production of the following types of films:
Highly transparent heat-shrinkable films for packaging beverages, jars, canned goods, and cereal products
Highly advanced films for the packaging of hygiene articles (films for toilet paper, films for packaging tissues, films for the production of diaper bags for babies and adults)
Highly advanced films used in the lamination process
High-quality films for pharmacy with pharmacopoeia approval
Specialized pro-ecological films with antibacterial properties for packaging food products
Specialized HDPE films with hot perforation used for the production of packaging for: rice, groats, etc.
Specialized HDPE films for lamination with paper, non-woven fabric used in the production of paper bags for cement, plastering mortars, adhesives, etc.
Our developed, renowned recipe of the 5-layer HiTec Film® heat-shrinkable film enables the reduction of the thickness of the material up to approximately 50% (material downgauging) compared to standard types of films available on the market.
HITEC FILM® POLYETHYLENE FILM IS DISTINGUISHED WITH THE FOLLOWING FEATURES:
The HiTec Film® film has a high dart impact resistance to point puncture, which makes the film more resistant to mechanical damage (tearing, perforation).
The HiTec Film® film allows you to reduce the costs of packaging due to the possibility of using thinner film, and thus we obtain much higher efficiency per meters per 1 kg of film.
The HiTec Film® allows you to reduce the cost of waste due to its lower weight.
The HiTec Film® influences the optimization process and saves costs in the process of packing and protecting goods
